Installation Services
Business Phone System Installation in Massachusetts
From the first site survey to number porting, cabling, programming and staff training — our Massachusetts technicians install cloud, on-prem, and hybrid business phone systems the right way, the first time.
Installations built for Massachusetts businesses
A phone system install is more than plugging in handsets. It's cabling that meets code, an IP network that can carry voice cleanly, a call flow your staff actually understands, and a cutover that doesn't drop a single call. We handle all of it — on your schedule, with local technicians who don't disappear after install day.
Our installation process
1. Site survey & requirements
We visit your Massachusetts office to measure users, call volume, existing wiring, internet capacity, and future growth so we recommend a system that actually fits.
2. Hardware & platform selection
Cloud VoIP, on-prem IP-PBX, or hybrid — we recommend NEC, Avaya, Mitel, Cisco, Yealink or Polycom based on your budget, features, and IT environment.
3. Cabling & network prep
Cat6 runs, PoE switch sizing, VLAN and QoS setup, and firewall rules. If your building isn't ready, we get it ready before the phones show up.
4. Programming & cutover
Extensions, auto-attendants, voicemail, hunt groups, call routing, SIP trunks and number porting — configured and tested before we cut over live traffic.
5. Training & handoff
On-site staff training, admin walkthrough, and clear documentation. Everyone knows how to transfer, park, page, and check voicemail on day one.
6. Ongoing support
Optional service contract for moves/adds/changes, monitoring, and same-day emergency response across MA.
Choosing the right hardware
We're vendor-neutral, so the recommendation is based on your business — not a quota. Most Massachusetts installs land on one of these platforms:
- Cloud VoIP (NEC Univerge Blue, hosted 3CX, RingCentral-class platforms) — lowest upfront cost, great for multi-site and remote teams.
- On-prem IP-PBX (NEC SV9100, Avaya IP Office, Mitel MiVoice) — best when you already own the hardware or need tight control over dial plans.
- Hybrid — keep existing digital sets where they work, add IP handsets and SIP trunks where they don't.
Site requirements checklist
Have these ready and we can give you an accurate quote fast:
- Number of users, desks and remote workers
- Existing cabling and switch capacity
- Internet bandwidth & backup connection
- Number porting timeline from your current carrier
- Auto-attendant tree, hours, and after-hours routing
- Integrations: CRM, Teams, contact center, paging
Serving Boston, Cambridge, Worcester, Springfield, Lowell & the entire Commonwealth.
