Who we are
Massachusetts Business Phone Repairs was founded by engineers who spent their careers inside the major phone manufacturers — NEC, Avaya, Mitel, Toshiba, Nortel — installing and supporting business communication systems. When those companies consolidated, we decided Massachusetts businesses still deserved the level of service the original manufacturers used to provide. So we built it.
